CEDRIC TOWNER
Cedric's personal history with the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services has forged his commitment to youth development. Adopted by a supportive bi-racial couple, he honed his academic and leadership skills, later to major in Social Work & Sociology at Carthage College. His post-college career reflects his passion, having held roles from a youth services director to an independent living skills instructor
